Boarding and lodging for limited number of participants can be arranged upon request in the Visveswaraya Guest House of the institute (subject to availability) at INR 250 per day. Registration fee should be sent through “Demand Draft” in favour of “CEP-STC, IIT Kharagpur” payable at Kharagpur, India. Alternative accommodation is available at nearby hotels within 1 km radius (tariff INR 500 to 1000 per day).
